ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs the first bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV. Upstairs the second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound home entertainment with smartphone capability, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Large backyard, front deck, patio chairs. Propane Barbecue with ceramic briquettes to expedite cooking.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
