ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, bunk beds, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Game room with pool, foosball, poker, and air hockey table. Board games and card games. This home offers cable TVs along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD players. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor furniture, and gas barbecue. Fenced yard and back/front decks with slope views. Yard is perfect for snow play in the winter.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
