LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 800+ sq ft single story home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of cozy living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a King bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, four burner stove with griddle and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. smart TVs with cable,  streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and a DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Relax on the comfortable covered porch with great views. Grill up your family's favorites on the gas barbecue.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
