LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1190+ sq. ft. home featuring a well-appointed living room, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - Revel in the serenity of the chalet-chic bedrooms, all thoughtfully redecorated with high-quality beds, bedding, and furnishings. The downstairs Master bedroom boasts a queen bed, smart TV, and deck access. The second bedroom on the upper level features a double/twin bunk bed and a smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are readily available.
KITCHEN - Guests have access to all necessary appliances. A stove with an oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a comprehensive selection of dishes and pots/pans.
AMENITIES - Create cherished family moments playing in the yard with the kids or walking down to The Village for ice cream. Relax when you get back inside with smart TVs with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. Unwind near the wood-burning fireplace in the evenings. Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
