ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and balcony. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table and 72” ESPN combo game table. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, Blu-ray DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer available.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
