ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and a DVD player with DVD collection. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Pac 'n Play available for the littles.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, corn hole, outdoor furniture, and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the private, covered patio with a large, fully fenced yard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
