KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year.

PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking
Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year. (Note: Complex is lakefront but Junipine Lakefront Condo does not face the lake).
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pool key deposit: $50
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
