ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom/loft has a queen bed, twin bed, TV, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Deck with furniture, picnic table, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious, fully fenced yard perfect for snow activities!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
