ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom with shower. Downstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom. Downstairs third bedroom has two double beds, TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom with shower, and deck. Upstairs loft/fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and TV.  Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove /oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
