ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, five burner stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, picnic table, Adirondack lounge chairs, and natural gas barbecue. Private boat dock with side tie (only available May through September). Enjoy the illuminated large back deck and fenced yard with string lights! Outdoor activities include cornhole.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
