AMENITIES - Board and card games. Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps, and fast WiFi. Relax near one of the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
