ROOMS & BEDS - Two bedroom, one bath. The first bedroom has two double beds. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stoves with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games including Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Cable TVs, fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD players. Cozy up with a book near the wood burning fireplace after walking back from the slopes. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, deck and patio furniture, and a barbecue to meet all your grilling needs!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
