LIVING SPACE - Cozy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful rock gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer, 

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with gas barbecue and fenced yard.

PARKING - 2 car parking

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
