LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a spectacular wood burning fireplace sufficient enough to warm you on the coldest day, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. This home offers TVs, fast WiFi and DVD players. Enjoy the cozy wood burning fireplace after a long day. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the morning breeze outside on the gated deck. Includes a propane grill.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
