ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, desk, and private bath. Second bedroom has two double beds. Third bedroom has double/double bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, 2 Keurigs, espresso maker, crockpot, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Heated game room in the garage with foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, Pac Man arcade with + 60 games, Xbox, and darts! Board games and card games. Desk with a chair along with an apple computer and printer. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and a DVD player along with a movie library. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
During winter months the thermostat will be locked between 55-75 degrees. AC is locked at 72. Tampering with the thermostat will result in additional fees.
