ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and balcony. 

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV's, streaming apps along with fast WIFI.  Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace while you play board games and card games. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Forest views from the balcony.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (2 dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
