Winter is in full swing and so is the winter fun! This season, Big Bear Cool Cabins encourages you to enjoy the snow Big Bear style! Slide down the snow packed slopes in an inner tube at Snow Play, located at 42825 Big Bear Blvd.! Snow Play's daytime hours are from 10-am to 4-pm, and in the evening from 5-pm to 9-pm for Night Glow Tubing (Fri, Sat. and Seasonal Holidays)! Vibrant glowing colors of red, blue green, and even black light will take your experience to the next level of fun! The cost is $40 per adult, and small children 36”- 42” are $25 (children ride with paying adults). The inner tubes are provided to you at no additional cost, so you all you have to bring is yourself and your smile!
If you’re seeking even more adventure, go for Southern California’s first and only mountain coaster - The Mineshaft Coaster! Located at Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain at 800 Wild Rose Ln. in Big Bear Lake near The Village. You get to control the speed of this so you can take it as fast or as slow as you would like!
Alpine Slide is open Monday through Thursday from 10-am to 4-pm, Friday & Saturday from 10-am to 9-pm, and 10-am to 5-pm on Sunday. The excitement does not stop there - you can also go tubing day or night, or hop on the Alpine Slide and go for a wild ride! Prices vary for each ride.
