It is in a very desirable location in Big Bear Lake, right across from the ski shuttle pick up for both local ski areas and just a block to Elevations Day Spa, "day use" fitness center and the public library. It is midway between Snow Summit Ski Resort and the lake, and very close to Meadow Park with swimming beach, tennis, sports fields, fishing pier, and play structure. Walk to miniature golf, trout pond, 2 supermarkets, large and small stores, restaurants, or just stroll or bike around our beautiful (and not hilly) neighborhood.

Enjoy awesome mountain and forest views from almost every window in this home. Relax in the 'great room' kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, DVD, stereo, cozy sofa & lounges, pool table, bay window, large brick fireplace and cedar lined vaulted ceilings. All perfect for entertaining.

The kitchen area opens to the rear deck for outdoor cooking or dining. It has a built-in 6 person breakfast bar and includes oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans.

The spacious master suite has cable TV/VCR with vaulted cedar ceilings and opens to a balcony with mountain and forest views. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and cable TV with VCR. Bedroom three has cable TV/VCR, two sets of bunk beds, rollaway bed, and futon. Many other amenities including pool table, full-size air hockey table, ping-pong table, four color TVs with cable, VCRs and DVD player, stereo with CD player, phone, washer/dryer, board games, videos, books, and more.

Enjoy the scent of pine in the large rear yard opening to a seasonal running stream. Oversized garage has weight bench, weight set, air hockey, ping-pong, parking space and room for ski equipment storage.
