Located on the north side of Lake Big Bear with elevator, hot tub, private dock, deck with barbecue, 4 satellite flat screens (TVs in all bedrooms & living room), 2 DVD players, one VCR, fireplaces, high speed internet, washer/dryer, phone, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans. Lake, along with private dock (fish from dock or boat) and nice beach, is just across the street.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, satellite TV, DVD, shower and jetted bathtub.

Bedroom two has a double bed.

Bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds (4 beds in room).
