Fully fenced wooded yard and forest views. Walk to restaurants, stores, Big Bear Snow Play, hiking, Oktoberfest and horseback riding - just about five minutes to the lake and ski slopes. Sleeps 4. Parking for 2 small vehicles or large vehicle.

Bedroom has a king Tempurpedic log-framed bed, nightstand, lamp, and closet.

Living room has a new sofa bed.
