Sun Bear 1 is in the front with two bedrooms, two bath, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a double and a twin.

Sun Bear 2 is the studio unit with a queen bed, twin bed, cable TV, VCR, and a large kitchen.

Sun Bear 3 is the rear upper unit with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, phone, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans. Bedroom one has a king bed and bedroom two has two twin beds. Living room has a sofa sleeper.
