• Occupancy Limit: Per Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300, maximum occupancy is strictly limited
to 10 people, with a maximum of 8 adults. All children, toddlers, and infants count toward the total
occupancy. Over-occupancy may result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
• Lake Levels: Please be aware that lake levels vary throughout the year depending on annual precipitation and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
• Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required.
• Permit: VRR-2024-2031
