ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress and twin bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps, cable, Blu-ray player, and DVD player along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite portable crib (must provide your own pack-and-play sized crib sheets), highchair, and laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with hot tub, propane barbecue, picnic table/benches, and fully gated front and back decks with security lights. Walk to the golf course, nearby hiking, and biking.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
