FREE Kayak/Bike Rental! - Lakefront complex, located in the beautiful Boulder Bay area of Big Bear. Lower level unit with two bedrooms, two bath condo, wood burning fireplace with a gas starter, free WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, and a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, spice rack, and pots/pans. Deck with gas barbecue. Pools and jacuzzis are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Affordable Lakeview Condo comes with fresh towels, and the beds are made with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has your rental clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and cozy with all necessary kitchen appliances, extra blankets, towels and everything we needed. It is located walking distance from the beach and 2 kayak/bike rental stations, we felt very lucky not to have to deal with parking.

We have been staying with Big bear cool cabins for 5 yrs now.We usally go during winter but we love it every time. This was our first time staying at Affordable Condo. It was a walk to Lake and we enjoyed the Kayak rentals . We will be back again. We recommend it to a family member and they booked and loved it as well.
