This property comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. 

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed and TV with apps. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A/C! Board games and card games. TVs including a 55 inch, along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - 400 sq ft deck front deck, gas barbecue, patio furniture, picnic table. National Forest at the end of the street with access to Fern and Grand View trails. 

PARKING - 1 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
