Alpine Lakefront is a rustic and woodsy, older home and furnishings but right on the lake with great amenities. perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the park and public beach. Close to National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. New floors recovered pool table, re-stained deck, and repainted house.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master suite has a California king bed, private bath, and TV. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Loft has a queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper sofa, TV with DVD player, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Breakfast bar, stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Pool Table and card table! Board games and card games. TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi and Blu-ray DVD players, movie library of over 70 titles and iPod/iPhone dock. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub on wraparound deck, fenced yard, patio furniture, barbecue with lake views, and private balconies. Fish from the shore or enjoy the gentle lake waves.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
