This charming and newly remodeled home comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE: A spacious and smartly appointed 1200 sq ft cabin including a living room with cozy brick gas burning fireplace, large and modern eat-in kitchen, game table, new life proof and stress free floors, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone.

ROOMS AND BEDS: Alpine Oasis boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has comfortable king size bed, TV, DVD player and seating area. Additional bedrooms have a large queen or double bed with extra blankets and pillows to keep you warm in those cool mountain evenings.

KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen is appointed with freshly painted cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, a dishwasher for your convenience, coffee maker, microwave, spices and all of the silverware, glassware, pots/pans and cookware you need to feel at home.

AMENITIES: 2 TV’s, ROKU streaming device, games, fast Wi-Fi, Blue Ray and DVD players, a gas-burning fireplace, and a laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. A large outdoor deck with propane BBQ and comfy patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a fully fenced backyard, and ample parking for your vehicles and boat/watercraft! 

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
