LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, island with counter seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Bear themed master suite has a king Tempur-Pedic bed, heated blanket, sitting area, TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Wolf themed second bedroom has queen bed and heated blanket. Fishing themed third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and heated blanket. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
