ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a king bed, TV, and DVD player. Second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed. Third bedroom/bonus room has a twin bunk bed, TV, DVD player, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, Blu-ray DVD player, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
