ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has twin/twin bunk beds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with a hot tub and charcoal barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
