ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Second floor master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Third floor second bedroom has a queen bed, queen/twin bunk bed, and TV. Third floor third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more. 

AMENITIES - Game room with wet bar, air hockey, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. This home offers smart TVs with cable and Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an on site washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Large back deck, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the fenced yard!
