ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by cozy gas log fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
