Central heating ensures year-round comfort.  A window AC unit offers some relief from the heat in the warmer months. During the holidays, it’s not uncommon to find tasteful seasonal decorations that make your stay feel even more special.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, one of which is a fully enclosed loft.
• Master Bedroom (Downstairs): A private retreat with an adjustable king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Downstairs):  Features a queen bed and smart TV.
• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): This fully enclosed loft room features a queen bed, smart TV, and private half bath. 
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Perfect for kids or friend groups with three twin beds and a smart TV.

ENTERTAINMENT & AMMENITIES
The main living room offers a convertible pool table (ping pong conversion), board games, card games, and coloring supplies for kids. This home has smart TVs throughout along with fast WiFi. The cozy wood burning fireplace will enhance your for mountain evenings. There is an indoor laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Located one street back from the lake with peek-a-boo water views and public lake access just across the street. Dual front decks overlook the peaceful neighborhood and lake, offering 120-degree views. Patio furniture and a gas barbecue create the perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxing, or enjoying sunset gatherings. A secure 40-foot pet enclosure allows dogs to enjoy the outdoors safely.
