KITCHEN - Recently updated. Granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. 

AMENITIES - Game room with bar, pool table, foosball table, and a fireplace! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi,  board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, benches, gas barbecue, fire pit, porch swing, and more! Enjoy the multiple front decks and large fenced yard with string lights and heater! Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
