LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The upstairs master bedroom/loft has a queen bed, TV, and half bath. Downstairs the second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs the third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table! TVs, Netflix and Amazon Prime along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS – Take in peaceful forest views from the back deck, fire up the charcoal barbecue, and enjoy outdoor dining or morning coffee in the fresh alpine air. The lake and scenic trails are just a short walk away, and The Village is an easy 1.4-mile stroll or quick drive. This is a great location for you and your four-legged friend to go on walks and explore.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
