The Big Bear Arms - FREE 2 hour Bike/Kayak Rental! Large groups of family and friends looking for a mountain escape with all the comforts of home will be able to get away from it all and relax in this home perched in Big Bear City’s Upper Moonridge neighborhood just a short drive from Bear Mountain Resort and the shores of Big Bear Lake. Boasting 2,300 square feet of comfort, this grand home is spacious and open with peaked, beamed ceilings and a versatile layout. This pet-friendly home includes FREE WiFi, cable TVs with movie channels, an in-home converted garage game room (with pool, ping pong and XBox 360) and washer/dryer. The well-equipped kitchen includes an island and granite counters, a gas stove and dishwasher, and it opens onto the dining room and living room with wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and DVD/Blu-ray player, Netflix, with DVD library. The fully fenced backyard has a charcoal grill and a private hot tub. With three walls of windows, a ceiling fan and a private wood-burning fireplace, the master bedroom exudes comfort. There's even a private balcony perfect for sunsets. The configuration of this rental makes it a versatile property that can comfortably house large families, multiple families traveling together, big groups of friends, or anything in between. It’s a perfect setup for that holiday gathering with loved ones or for your yearly ski trip or lake retreat with friends.

The Big Bear Arms comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the home clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. County Code strictly enforces noise restrictions between the hours of 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Noise violators will be removed from the property.

Check in was fast and easy. They were friendly easy to communicate with. Our cabin had 7 bedrooms and accommodations were as promised. Three days was Not enough but we managed to have fun and relax with our family. We are already talking about having Christmas in the mountains! Thanks to all!
