Upstairs/third floor second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs/third floor third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs/entry level fourth bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and desk. Game room/lower level has double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
