Big Bear Cool Cabins were great! They had a speedy reply with any questions we had. All directions and expectations were clear and simple. We loved it. The place was awesome and close to where we needed to be for our event. Will definitely use them again.

My family enjoyed out stay at this cozy cabin. The pet friendly accommodations were crucial for us and this cabin was perfect. My fur babies loved exploring the back yard. We would love to return in the summer.

I had a horrible experience being stuck in a snow storm with a power outage BUT Elizabeth the front office lady was amazing with me and my daughter and went above and beyond to help us. Her only concern was that we were going to be ok and happy with our visit. She was absolutely amazing and worked with us for hours until we were happy.I have been using this company exclusively for many years and Because of Elizabeth and your company I will always be using big bear cool cabins!

Great location and very comfortable for a family of four. The availability of Netflix and Wi-Fi made it convenient. Not far from the village and restaurants.

Loved the location! Many trees around and the distance to the Village was really close. Cabin was very cozy and clean. The lighting was very dim but it just made it feel very relaxed

Location is a 10+. Boulder Bay is quiet, only a few minutes from town, and pretty low key, which is exactly why we enjoy that area so much. We were very pleased with the property, especially since there was a fenced-in yard. There were BBQ and charcoal grills, and plenty of room for our fur babies to roam. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets for those chilly evenings. In addition, there were fans provided, which we greatly appreciated during the heat of the day. Looking forward to returning soon!

Very pleasant experience. My only caution is that the top floor might be a little cramped for someone much above 6 feet tall, but overall this place was terrific and very well managed.

Family celebrating my great nephew's first bday. My sister has a house close by so the location was great. Although a very hot weekend, the cabin stayed cool especially at night.

This was in a great location, walking distance to the lake. The cabin was very well stocked with everything you need and more. There were board games, video games, A nice sized backyard area, and a small convenience store right down the street. Just a little further is a brewery (didn't go, not sure how good it is), grocery store, and more. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely returned. Very good value for the price.
