We stayed here for my son's birthday and had an absolutely blast. The air hockey table was a big hit. The beds were so comfortable and you can't beat the wood stove in the mornings.Felt very roomy despite having 7 people in it. Will definitely be returning!

We had a good stay. The large hot tub was a great feature, and the backyard had a grill and enough seating for everyone. There were plenty of sleeping spaces, which worked well for our group, and some entertainment options for kids. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions.

The house was very nice. Plenty of space. My husband and I were there with my daughter and family Celebrating my 65th Birthday. The air hockey was a Big hit with my grandchildren! The host were always available if we had any questions.

The cabin was cute, well accommodated, and in an excellent location. Property managers were responsive and helpful during a little bit of struggle during the check-in process (don't use a digital credit card for this cabin, make sure to use one you have in plastic). It was a short walk to Boulder Bay park and a couple Marinas. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Really nice place and great location! Walking distance to the lake and a little convenience store which was a nice perk. The house itself didn’t seem too well-kept. Many things were broken (stair railings, towel racks, front door and screen door latch) paint was peeling, and the floor was excessively dirty. For a space run by a company I expected it to be cleaner. Also, one of the representatives I talked to said this house was ADA accessible and it is not. Our guest in a wheel chair had to sleep on the couch as even the master bedroom has steps to get to it.

My family and I rented the Boulder Bay Bungalow for my daughter’s golden, birthday. This was the first time renting from Big Bear Cool Cabins, and it was worth it! :) The pictures provided don’t give the actual rental justice, because our cabin is gorgeous! Everything you couldn’t pack was fully stocked at the cabin. From towels to blankets, kitchen appliances and cookware, toilet paper and hair dryer, family games and the game room and being pet friendly. Considering the time I booked, to the dates I wanted to reserve, the price was unbeatable. And the insurance is affordable and worth it. The amenities they have to offer are a must. There’s shopping close by, but to have your groceries already stocked, prior to arrival is one less task to stress about. My family and I would definitely make visiting Big Bear and renting from the Cool Cabins an annual family trip from now on. Thank you to all who made our vacation so memorable!

The customer service was amazing. Any request or question I had was quickly answered. I loved the add-on packages available! Everything was fantastic, from start to finish. Cool Cabins was an excellent place to book with. They were very helpful, friendly and responsive to every inquiry I made. I was thrilled to be able to add-on a Birthday package and a food stock. Our trip was a quick one for our son's 16th b-day with 5 of his buddies, so time was limited. The flexibility and options available for the b-day package and food stock were great! Thank you for a great place, great service and a great experience!

We enjoyed the stay at the Boulder Bay Bungalow it is a very nice cabin. The only recommendation I would say is to change the lock of the second bedroom next to the playroom. The current lock is not too secure. Other than that everything was great.

We had a blast. Game room was a hit with the kids. Nice yard space for snow play. Hot tub was enjoyable as well, despite it being a little worse for wear. Nicely updated kitchen, we didn't leave for food, just cooked.

After our other cabin fell through at the last minute, Cool Cabins came to our rescue! The team was friendly, responsive and the whole process was easy. As a family of 4, we had a great time at this house. Adorable neighborhood, close to the lake, set up nicely for cooking, and a gorgeous bathroom and many bedrooms. Would stay here again.

The home was really great and appeared as pictured. The property was easily accessible and had plenty of parking in front and back. I have 4 kids, ages 5-12, and they loved the game room and the loft. We could have easily fit another small family. Game/bunk room is connected to the king bed room downstairs. Upstairs loft had 4 twins and adjoining queen bedroom. The home is really well laid out to maximize the space, and having a second bathroom (half bath) made things a lot easier. It seems like there was a recent renovation, so the house is very nice, but not so fancy that I had to be nervous about the kids breaking anything. Spa, BBQ, and everything else we need worked great. Kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked most of our own meals. Back court yard is great for bird watching. Neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!
