Boulder Bay Lakeside - This gorgeous two bedroom (queen in one, double in one), two bath condo has been completely remodeled and has beautiful upgraded Thomasville cabinetry and granite counters in the kitchen, marble floors, recessed lighting and plantation shutters. The view from the living room and dining area are towards beautiful Boulder Bay Park with its picnic area, lakeside walkways and fishing dock. There is a sofa bed in front of the large stone fireplace in the living room as well as a cable TV, FREE WiFi and DVD player. Fitted with all the conveniences of home, Boulder Bay Lakeside has a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals including full-size appliances, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. The unit also includes washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for six, and the breakfast bar comfortably seats four. (Note: Complex is lakefront but Boulder Bay Lakeside Condo does not face the lake). Just a short drive to the ski slopes. Close to Castle Rock hiking trail.

Boulder Bay Lakeside comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the condo clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay.

No indoor smoking is permitted.
Check in after 4 pm.

"Nice property for a weekend scape "

Nice warm property with modern amenities. It took us a while to find the correct property as the number outside is not very visible but once inside the property we were surprised with a very welcoming property with a fireplace, big TV and nice full equipped kitchen. A modern thermostat kept the rooms warm with only the hot water being a small issue (no long hot shower after a day at the slopes). Overall a nice experience and our only regret was not being able to spend a few more days to enjoy it to the full.
