Boulder Hollow is an affordable, family friendly mountain getaway. This cabin is priced as one of our lowest, for those who want a getaway but want to spend less. It has older furnishings and décor and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home. Walking distance to the Lake and Boulder Bay Park. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with a living room, dining area, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a bed queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs loft has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Upper deck with lake views.

PARKING - 2 car driveway. 

Other things to note: 
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
