ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra pillows and blankets are available. 

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Mini game table with foosball, pool, and ping pong! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the fenced yard with a back patio area!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
