We enjoyed our overnight stay at this well equipped pleasant house. We were a group of 8 and it was spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The beds were not the most comfortable but as it was only a one night stay it was not a big deal. It was clean, though one of the bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail (dead flies). One thing to note is that the place is close to the local airport and the planes start flying at 7am and it is quite noisy if you have the windows open. I would recommend for a short stay for a large group.

Me and 2 friends stayed at this house for 2.5 weeks. The space was great, and the rooms were comfortable with balconies off each room. We were within walking distance to the Village and there was a free shuttle that ran on the main street. Since we were cooking many of our meals the kitchen didn't have great supplies. We purchased containers for leftovers since there were none at the house. The Mgt company was very responsive when we had needs to that required attention.

Property adequate. No air conditioning. Doors don’t have screens, not allowing for fresh air to flow in without having insects also. No pan to use in oven. No toaster oven. Just be forewarned, and enjoy your stay.

We came up to big bear for a family gathering. We arrived late in the middle of the 3am the next day of our check in date. We signed our contract online and we were able to get access to the lock box code. Avoiding having to go to the office in the middle of the night to pick up keys. Staff was amazing. We needed extra dish soap and it was brought to us. We stayed at Casa Bella. Very nice and clean cabin that was big enough for our family.

The place is big. it’s nice and quiet neighborhood.

The place is big. it’s nice and quiet neighborhood.not far from stores,and big bear snow play. It’s just the wifi is not that good.you can’t use the tv in the kitchen unless you’re using hotspot.our bed sheet has a small stain.but overall its a nice and fun place to stay…

Our experience with our first rental cabin was great! Casa Bella was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The little ones enjoyed the kids room and were very happy to be able to stay with one another. Hope to be able to rent this cabin again soon!!!

Casa Bella is the best cabin we've stayed in at Big Bear Lake. It is the perfect size for our family, clean, and had everything we needed. We are looking at staying there again this summer if it is safe, covid wise.

The size of the property suited our big family very well. The location was great as it was quiet and peaceful. It was also close to convenience shops and gasoline stations. However, the beds on the bunk beds were not comfortable. They squeaked everytime we moved and we could feel the springs too. Some dishes were cracked and chipped. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at casa bella.

We were having great experiencing renting cabin through big bear cool cabins. Cabin was in great condition. Our whole family loved it and enjoyed the stay.Customer service was prompt. Our queries were answered in no time.We were experience harsh weather during our stay and were not aware how to put chains on our cars. One of the crew member (Jessica) helped us out of the way. It was very impressive. I definitely will stay big bear cool cabins and would recommend my friends.

We recently stayed at the Casa Bella Cabin over the Memorial Weekend. We had a group of 14 people and we went up there for a softball tournament. The cabin was everything listed in the description and more. Everyone in our group was completely satisfied with the way the cabin was. This was by far one of the better cabins we have stayed in. It is very well decorated and not like your traditional grungy cabins. I would definitely recommend using Cool cabins and if you are looking to entertain a big group Casa Bella is the way to go :)
