Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/queen bunk beds and twin/double bunk beds. Upstairs fifth bedroom has a king bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 16 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
