Why the tiny tv??

The cabin was clean, well-organized, and had very clear instructions on how to use everything, which was appreciated. The beds were soft, there were plenty of extra blankets, and the carpet was soft and clean. The kitchen was very large with plenty of space to cook and move around.The biggest disappointment was the TV. The cabin has a large living room with plenty of space and distance between the couch and the screen, yet the TV was extremely small. In 2025 there's no reason for a rental cabin to still have a tiny TV like this, especially when a much larger one can be purchased for around $200. For future stays, a proper-sized TV matters more than having things like a pool table or foosball table. Those amenities are nice in theory, but ultimately not a deciding factor for a return stay.The location was quiet and peaceful, and although there was only one car this trip, there was plenty of parking space. Being able to access the keys from a lock box at the cabin rather than having to go to an office first was a great convenience.The showers were nice with plenty of hot water. The spa wasn't used, and attempts to start a fire were difficult because of cold heavy air; after that experience, a gas fireplace is definitely preferred.Overall, a pleasant stay with a lot of positives, but the outdated TV setup was disappointing enough to influence future booking decisions.

Excellent communication lots of emails and information before and after end during stay. Everything was labeled clearly in the cabin, so it reminded us of the rules and made it easy for checkout. Everything was very, very clean and smelled nice. We were very, very happy with her stay, and we’ll do it again.

The Cabin and the neighborhood was very quite and enjoyable. It is close to shopping areas, the Lake and the Village. The staff at Big Bear Cool Cabins was very helpful before and during my stay, and quick to respond to my questions.

Everything about my stay in the cabin was great with the only exception being that the back yard had little lighting and it was hard to see while using the bbq or jacuzzi. That is why i give it 4/5 stars.

Cozy and clean with everything our family of five needed. Loved the jacuzzi tub, pool table and game room though the foosball table needs a little fixing and board game pieces are often missing. Great location requiring only 3-10 minutes drive to grocery store, pharmacy and ski resorts.and rental. We had a really good stay

We stayed here for a few days on the end of our trip in socal. No snow but we had a lot of fun hiking and on the blown slopes. The cabin was as described with plenty of amenities nearby. Protip, buy firewood at the local arborists, not the grocery stores. Be prepared for long lines everywhere.

Amazing Property! Very clean and has everything we could ever need for our family stay! The house had alot of fun board games and extra blankets and pillows! From the booking the house to check out, the conversations was smooth and they replied quickly. Can't wait to come back!The Shiners!

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. An absolutely beautiful and spacious home. Hot tub is amazing to hang out in and watch the snow fall. Would highly recommend staying here.

This cabin was big enough for all six of us and had plenty of activities to keep both the kids and adults occupied, while we weren't skiing. The kids loved learning to play pool! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed everything about the place: very clean and well-kept (very impressed), big kitchen and living room, hot tub was perfectly placed, and location was great and close to everything. Only concern is how warm the bedrooms get during the Summer day (plenty of fans provided as central cooling is not provided).

The place was great. Everything from the bedrooms, kitchen, living, hot tub to yard, it was very presentable and clean. Only downside was the rooms were stuffy and hot during the day (Summer time). But they did provide fans, so that helped.
