Description

Chalet Georgia is a two bedroom, two bath cabin with wood burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, FREE WiFi, and washer/dryer. Fitted with all the conveniences of home, Chalet Georgia has a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more Deck with barbecue. Short drive to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, hiking, biking, sledding, shops, and restaurants.

This home has been awarded the 2017 Certificate of Excellence by Tripadvisor.

Bedroom One - king bed.
Bedroom Two - double bed, two sets of bunk beds (twin/twin).
Family Room - futon, daybed.

Parking for 2 vehicles.

Chalet Georgia comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the cabin clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay.

No indoor smoking is permitted.

"Good and as expected "

Chalet Georgia was as expected per the write up on the Cool Cabin's rental website. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids (which we had). It has all the dishes/appliances you would need and was clean upon our arrival. The only things that were a bit confusing were the remotes for the TVs (one was missing and we found int he bedroom) They do not function for the cable the way it states in the manual inside the rental, they should update the manual. Also the thermostat was a bit confusing. There is one on the top floor and one on the bottom, however they are NOT separate of one another. So if, for example you set it to 68 upstairs, but someone has the downstairs one set to 78...it's going to be 78, which was kind of a bummer because we had people sleeping downstairs (which is always colder than upstairs) and they had it set high and we (upstairs were so hot in the middle of the night). Other than that, everything worked great and was perfect for our family get away.

"Solid Place to Stay"

This cabin was clean and large enough for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The internet worked well and the cable tv was nice, since we stayed there during playoff baseball. The only downsides were having to check into the office before being able to go to the cabin (should just send you the lock box number) and having to drive a couple of miles to take the trash out when we left. I feel like if you're paying for a cleaning fee, someone is going to come to clean the room and can take the trash out with them. Anyways, I don't want to make this seem like a negative review, because it isn't. There were just those two things that made it kind of strange. Other than that, we had a great time.

We had a great time. The cabin was as described and had lots of room for the six of us. We vacation in Big Bear quite a bit and enjoy finding new places to stay. The customer service was prompt and friendly and we look forward to future visits.

We had a great time at Chalet Georgia in Big Bear through Big Bear Cool Cabins. There was plenty of space in the two living rooms and the kitchen was stocked. It was very clean and the internet worked well. The reservation booking, payments, checking in and out was all easy. I would rent through them again. Bonus that we were there for the first snow fall and my son and friend caught a fish at the lake that was a 5 min drive away.

Everything was accurate to a point in regards to the layout and amenities of the cabin. It is located in a quiet and serene wooded area walking distance from many stores and shops. The cabin itself was clean and well maintained upon arrival and would recommend to anyone with small families.

Cool cabins was amazing! The booking process was super easy and they followed up with various emails that ensured confirmation. I really enjoyed their staff emailing me and keeping me posted on road closings. The way up to Big Bear was brutal (11 hour drive) the weekend that I went but Cool Cabins made it better by informing me of the only route up the mountain. The cabin was beautiful and fully equipped with what we needed. I would definitely recommend them for your future bookings!

"Perfect Cabin for Our Weekend Getaway "

The property was easy to find and just as easy to access. The large balcony was amazing for relaxing in the morning. Very easy walk to the village. The rooms were all clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would definitely recommend this cabin and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

"Charming and spacious cabin in the heart of Big Bear"

Home was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family with young kids. There was plenty of room for the kids to play.Location was very close to the heart of Big Bear Village and centrally located to many of the activities.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and the village shopping. Close to lake. Very clean. Grandson loved the fuse all table.

"Cabin with nice view and plenty of room"

This cabin was in the center of Bigbear easy to get to everything not far from the lake. The street was not too busy. The cool cabins company representatives were very helpful. The cabin was clean. The kitchen living room and bedrooms were all upstairs with a large balcony out front with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there.
