KITCHEN - Stove, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Cable TV along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Charcoal barbecue, outdoor table, and chairs. Enjoy the fenced yard and large front and side decks!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
