Charming vintage cabin located in a quiet, sheltered area. Two-story featuring a wood burning fireplace, private dock, Smart TV, and fast WiFi.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,400 + sq ft home with living room, dining table, breakfast bar, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and comfy living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs first master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, TV with DVD player, private bath with jetted tub, and access to the balcony. Upstairs the second bedroom has a double bed and private bath. The upstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. The Smart TV and complimentary WiFi will keep you entertained while relaxing at the property. Get comfortable by the wood burning fireplace in the winter and fall seasons. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Amazing lake and mountain views. Private dock and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
