LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with the main level featuring beamed ceilings, living room, dining table, breakfast bar, a TV, a cozy wood burning rock fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the fresh mountain air and treed surroundings out on the large front deck with a gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
