ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds and half bath. Living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, DVD's, record player, and PlayStation will keep you entertained while you wind down in the evenings. Enjoy the jet tub with a relaxing bath. Board games and card games. The property features a unique pellet-burning stove. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
